Performance Solutions Source, LLC was established 2012 as a merger between Corporate Consulting and Coaching and WHL Business Solutions to assist clients in resolving performance management, human resources and learning issues. The managing partners at Performance Solutions Source each bring unique and complimentary backgrounds and experience to the company in order to provide you with solutions that are practical, bottom-line oriented, and implementable.
Corporate Coaching and Consulting, founded in 2002 by Lori B. Long, designed and developed training programs in a variety of industries, with a focus on tthe public sector. Lori also provided executive coaching to senior managers in a variety of organizations. Some of Corporate Coaching and Consulting clients included Rinker Corporation, First State Bank, Champion Solutions Group and the County of Monroe.
WHL Business Solutions, founded in 1997 by William "Bill" Lauffer, provided medical office and hospitality clients with progressive and results-driven human resources and training solutions. With over 15 years of general management and human resources management experience, Bill also provided human resources and performance management solutions to clients of the largest professional employer organization in the US.
The management of the company has over 50 years of experience in general management, human resources management, performance management, training and coaching and are thus able to appreciate the human issues facing organizations - whether they be part of the private or public sectors. Our management and strategic partners also have counseling and psychology backgrounds and are skilled at identifying the behaviors and attitudes which can be shaped to drive superior performance and improved organizational relationships.
